You can't eat them, they don't keep off the rain or keep you warm.

Wealth is measured in "standard of living" as defined by services and quality products produced by industrious people.

Government employees are not "indsutrious people" and do not produce wealth.O. Such pessimestic views are signs of the bottom of a down turn.

This is the truth: all the people, all the tools, all the materials and resources, all the buildings, homes, factories, fields of grain, etc etc, all of it exsisted before and after this great "crash". NOTHING WAS DISTROYED! WE HAVE THE SAME WEALTH. news flash: there was no world wide hurricane Hugo or Katrina or tsunami that broke up everything or washed it away, there was no world war that devastated manufacturing and urban population centers, leaving millions homeless with no means of production. what has happened is a mass hypnosis, we thought we had a high number of wealth coupons that entitled us for free stuff when ever we wanted it, we all thought our houses were made of gold, they're just houses. We will have to work for a living, duh welcome to the world.

heres the good news, there is alot of work that must be done, there are crops to raise, coal to mine, electricity to generate, kids to teach...all the same tasks, all the same needs exsist, got a little less money in your pocket, got a little more debt to worry over, so what? welcome to life, work, eat, sleep, procreate, love and care for each other. wtf is all the crying about, the world is not comming to and end, an asteroid is not colliding with the planet (yet) and when one comes our way, we will deal with that one too. so relax, breathe, go to work then buy what you need, if you have some left over help your neighbor. It is time to do so.

The idea of debt as an asset will begin, and has already, disappear. The lenders are already freaking out over it. The mega banks are already forgiving loans to shopping mall developers who cannot pay due to retailers disappearing.

http://eye-on-washington.blogspot.commuralsignshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07892531198621839798noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-13649229.post-54095829838115879492009-02-04T11:43:00.000-08:002009-02-04T11:43:00.000-08:00"It is going to take the collapse of the dollar to..."It is going to take the collapse of the dollar to have a mentality change and address central banking"

Bring it on.

I'm tired of propping up a fundamentally dysfunctional and profoundly predatory system.

Bring on the cleansing flames.Aktaionhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18044466856872120921noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-13649229.post-90999905015661886312009-02-04T08:14:00.000-08:002009-02-04T08:14:00.000-08:00All economic problems that we are having revolve a...All economic problems that we are having revolve around one word:

....GROWTH....

To survive, we must recognize economies as climax ecological systems based on homeostatic balance emulating natural social systems.
